If a specific part of the service becomes unavailable due to airport or supplier restrictions, our team will try to offer the closest possible alternative.
Please provide the correct flight number, travel date, passenger name and contact details during booking. Incorrect or incomplete flight information may cause delays, service failure or no-show status.
If your flight is delayed, cancelled, changed or moved to another terminal, please inform us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp.

All passengers are responsible for having valid travel documents, including passport, visa, residence permit, flight ticket, health documents and any other documents required by the airline or official authorities.
Meet & Greet, Fast Track, Lounge or Buggy services do not replace passport control, visa requirements, customs checks, security screening or airline procedures.
Fast Track service may help eligible passengers use priority lanes where available. However, it does not guarantee faster processing at all times and does not allow passengers to skip mandatory passport control, security checks, customs procedures or official inspections.
Fast Track availability may change depending on airport operations and official authority decisions.
Lounge access depends on lounge capacity, operating hours, passenger eligibility, terminal rules and supplier availability. Food, drinks, seating, facilities and service content may vary depending on the lounge operator.
If the lounge is full, closed or unavailable due to operational reasons, an alternative may be offered where possible.
Buggy service is subject to airport rules, route availability, passenger eligibility and operational capacity. It may not be available in all airport areas or at all times.
Buggy service is designed to make terminal movement more comfortable, but it does not replace mandatory airport procedures.
For departure services, passengers must arrive at the airport early enough to complete check-in, baggage drop, passport control, security checks and boarding procedures.
For arrival and transit services, our team will make reasonable efforts to assist you according to your confirmed flight details. However, airline delays, baggage delays, passport control queues, security procedures and official authority decisions are outside our control.
The service may be considered a no-show if the passenger does not arrive at the confirmed meeting point, cannot be contacted, provides incorrect flight details, changes travel plans without informing us or arrives after the allowed waiting time.
No-show bookings are non-refundable.
