This Distance Sales Agreement is made electronically between the customer purchasing the service (“Customer”, “Buyer” or “Consumer”) and [Legal Company Name], operating under the trade name Limousine Plus / Istanbul Airport Meet & Greet (“Seller”, “Provider”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By confirming the booking and completing the payment, the Customer accepts this Agreement electronically.

The Customer is the person who completes the booking form, makes the payment or purchases the service on behalf of the passenger.
Customer information may include:
The Customer confirms that all information provided during booking is accurate, complete and up to date.
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and provision of airport-related assistance and concierge services purchased electronically through our website or approved communication channels.
Services may include:
The scope, price, inclusions and exclusions of each service are displayed on the relevant product page and/or booking confirmation.
The total price of the service, including applicable taxes and additional charges where shown, is displayed before the Customer confirms the booking.
Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, online payment system, payment link, bank transfer or any other method accepted by the Company.
The booking may not be confirmed until the required payment is received.
Bank fees, currency conversion charges, international transaction fees and payment provider charges may be applied by the Customer’s bank or payment provider. These charges are not controlled by the Company.
This Agreement is formed when:
The Customer acknowledges that confirming the order creates a payment obligation.
The service will be provided on the date, time, airport, terminal, meeting point and route specified in the booking confirmation.
The Customer must follow the operational instructions sent by the Company before the service.
The Customer is responsible for being present at the meeting point on time and for providing correct flight and contact information.
For distance contracts, consumers may generally have a right of withdrawal under applicable consumer legislation.
However, certain services tied to a specific date or period, and services that have started with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
Because airport assistance, lounge, Fast Track, transfer and concierge services are generally provided on a specific date and time, cancellation and refund rights are primarily governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the conditions displayed at the time of booking.
If the Customer believes that a statutory withdrawal right applies, the Customer may contact us in writing using the contact details in this Agreement.
Cancellation, change and refund requests are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, the selected service conditions and applicable supplier rules.

The Company is responsible for making reasonable efforts to provide the confirmed service in accordance with the booking conditions.
However, the Company does not control airlines, airports, border authorities, immigration officers, customs, police, security screening, baggage systems, lounge operators or third-party suppliers.
Fast Track or Meet & Greet services do not guarantee boarding, entry into Türkiye, visa approval, baggage delivery time or exemption from mandatory government procedures.
Complaints must be submitted as soon as possible after the service date.

The complaint should include the booking number, passenger name, service date, flight number and a clear description of the issue.
Personal data collected during booking is processed for reservation management, payment processing, customer support, operational coordination, service delivery, legal compliance and communication.

The Customer accepts that electronic records, system logs, payment records, email correspondence, WhatsApp messages, booking forms and confirmation messages may be used as evidence in relation to the booking and service.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
For consumer disputes, the Customer may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee, Consumer Court or mandatory mediation mechanism where required under applicable legislation.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in force.
The Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Agreement, the Preliminary Information Form, the Terms & Conditions, the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy before completing the booking.
