Please read the following information carefully before completing your reservation. Lounge access is subject to Sabiha Gökçen Airport rules, lounge availability, passenger eligibility, terminal access and operational capacity on the service date.
Lounge Access Requirement
Passengers must have a valid same-day boarding pass and a valid passport or ID document. Lounge access may not be possible without valid travel documents and confirmed flight details.
Availability and Capacity
Lounge entry is subject to availability and capacity at the time of arrival. During peak travel periods, access may be limited or waiting time may apply depending on lounge operations.
Terminal and Flight Eligibility
The lounge must be accessible from your departure terminal and flight route. Passengers are responsible for arriving at the correct terminal and completing all required airport procedures before lounge entry.
Included Services
The service may include lounge access, seating areas, refreshments, light dining options and Wi-Fi depending on
the lounge facilities and availability on the service date.
Not a Meet & Greet Service
This product does not include Meet & Greet assistance, Fast Track, Buggy Service, Porter Service or Private Airport Transfer unless these services are purchased separately.
Airport Procedures
Lounge access does not replace airline check-in, baggage drop, passport control, security screening, customs checks or boarding procedures. Passengers must complete all mandatory airport and airline procedures on time.
Boarding Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for monitoring their boarding time, gate number and flight updates. Please leave the lounge early enough to reach your boarding gate on time.
Service Changes
Lounge facilities, food and beverage options, operating hours and access rules may change depending on airport operations, airline regulations and lounge management policies.
Important Note
Lounge access is provided according to the confirmed reservation details. Incorrect flight details, wrong terminal usage, late arrival, missing travel documents or passenger no-show may result in service failure and may not be refundable.
