Please read the following information carefully before completing your reservation. Fast Track service is subject to Sabiha Gökçen Airport rules, passenger eligibility, terminal access, flight details and operational availability on the service date.
Arrival and Departure Service
This product may be used for arrival or departure Fast Track assistance depending on the option booked. The exact service flow may vary according to your flight direction, terminal procedures, airport regulations and operational conditions.
Flight Information Requirement
Please provide accurate flight details during booking, including airline, flight number, travel date and flight time. Incorrect or incomplete flight information may cause delays, service failure or no-show status.
Passenger Eligibility
Fast Track access may depend on airport rules, passenger nationality, travel route, airline procedures and official authority decisions. Some passengers or flight types may not be eligible for certain priority lanes.
Airport Procedures
Fast Track service helps eligible passengers access priority routes where available, but it does not replace mandatory airport procedures. All passengers must still complete passport control, security screening, customs checks, airline check-in and boarding procedures when required.
Not Included Services
This product does not include Meet & Greet assistance, Lounge Access, Buggy Service, Porter Service or Private Airport Transfer unless these services are purchased separately and clearly confirmed in your booking.
Arrival Time and Timing
For departure services, passengers must arrive at the airport early enough to complete all airline and airport procedures. For arrival services, service timing depends on actual flight landing time, passenger flow and airport operations.
Official Authority Decisions
Fast Track service does not guarantee passport control approval, visa approval, customs clearance, security clearance, airline check-in approval or boarding. Final decisions are always made by airlines, airport security and official authorities.
Important Note
Service availability, route access and priority lane usage may change depending on airport operations, security measures, passenger volume and official regulations. Late arrival, wrong flight details, missing travel documents or passenger no-show may result in service failure and may not be refundable.
