Istanbul Airport Fast Track is available as a standalone service for Arrival and Departure passengers who want access to the applicable priority route during eligible airport procedures.

Passengers who only require Fast Track can book the standalone service without choosing the broader Istanbul Airport Meet and Greet experience.

Fast Track does not remove security, passport, immigration or other mandatory airport procedures. Instead, it provides access to the applicable designated priority route where the service is available and operational.

Our current standalone Fast Track service covers Arrival and Departure journeys at Istanbul Airport (IST). Transit Fast Track is not currently sold by us as a separate standalone product.

What Is Istanbul Airport Fast Track?

Fast Track provides eligible passengers with access to designated priority routes at specific airport control points.

Istanbul Airport's official iGA Fast Track infrastructure operates across several Arrival and Departure procedures. For departing passengers, Fast Track points include selected terminal-entry security areas, domestic departure security and international passport-control and security points. For international arriving passengers, Fast Track is available before passport control at the C1 and E1 points.

Fast Track should not be confused with bypassing airport controls. Passengers must still complete all applicable:

• Security procedures
• Passport control
• Immigration requirements
• Airline procedures
• Border-control requirements

The purpose of the service is to provide access to the relevant priority route, not to remove a mandatory passenger procedure.

Arrival and Departure Fast Track at Istanbul Airport

Our standalone Istanbul Airport Fast Track service is designed for Arrival and Departure journeys. The applicable airport procedure differs depending on which stage of travel you are completing.

Arrival Fast Track at Istanbul Airport

Arrival Fast Track is intended for eligible passengers landing at Istanbul Airport and proceeding through the applicable Arrival control process.

Official iGA information currently identifies international Arrival Fast Track before passport control at the C1 and E1 points on the arrivals floor.

After the applicable Fast Track process, passengers continue through the remaining Arrival journey and complete any passport, baggage, customs or immigration procedures required for their itinerary.

Arrival Fast Track can be suitable for passengers who primarily require priority-route access and do not need the wider personal airport guidance provided by Meet and Greet.

Departure Fast Track at Istanbul Airport

Departure Fast Track is intended for passengers beginning their journey from Istanbul Airport.

iGA currently lists Fast Track facilities for departing passengers at:

• Security points at terminal entrance Gates 1 and 3
• Domestic departure security
• International departure passport control
• International departure security

The exact Fast Track procedure depends on the passenger's journey and confirmed service conditions. All mandatory security, passport and airline procedures remain in place.

Transit Fast Track: We do not currently sell a separate standalone Transit Fast Track product. Istanbul Airport itself has Fast Track infrastructure for certain transfer journeys, but airport infrastructure should not be confused with the standalone services sold by us. Passengers who need personal assistance during a connection should review the relevant Istanbul Airport Transit Meet and Greet service.

What Does the Standalone Fast Track Service Provide?

Standalone Istanbul Airport Fast Track is designed around priority-route access rather than full personal airport assistance.

The exact product information and confirmed booking instructions should always be treated as the final reference for your reservation.

If you need a representative to accompany and guide you through a wider part of the airport journey, the Istanbul Airport Meet and Greet service is more appropriate than standalone Fast Track.

Fast Track for Turkish Airlines Passengers at Istanbul Airport

Passengers travelling with Turkish Airlines can book a separate Fast Track service, but some travellers may already have priority-access privileges through their ticket class or membership status.

Turkish Airlines currently documents Fast Track facilities at Istanbul Airport for eligible Business Class passengers and certain Elite, Elite Plus, Turkish Airlines Corporate Club and Star Alliance Gold passengers. Exact eligibility varies according to the passenger and journey.

For this reason, Turkish Airlines passengers should check their existing airline benefits before purchasing an additional Fast Track service.

Fast Track and Meet and Greet address different passenger needs.

Choose standalone Fast Track when your main requirement is access to the applicable priority route during an eligible Arrival or Departure procedure.

Choose Istanbul Airport Meet and Greet when you require a broader assistance experience with a personal airport representative and journey-specific services.

Before purchasing both services, check whether the Meet and Greet product you are considering already includes Fast Track.

iGA's own service model follows the same general distinction: its Fast Track FAQ states that customers who purchase iGA Meet & Greet may use Fast Track without an additional Fast Track fee.
