Esenboğa Airport provides separate Arrival and Departure environments and dedicated passenger guidance for the different stages of the airport journey.

Ankara Airport Meet and Greet provides personalised airport assistance for Arrival and Departure passengers, helping you navigate the relevant stage of your journey with greater confidence and organisation.

Depending on the selected product, your service may include personal airport assistance, luggage assistance and Fast Track. Lounge access is primarily relevant to eligible Departure journeys.

Our Meet and Greet service at Ankara Esenboğa Airport is currently available for Arrival and Departure journeys only. Transit Meet and Greet is not offered by us at ESB.

Ankara Esenboğa Airport serves domestic and international passengers within a terminal environment that separates different Arrival and Departure passenger flows. Its official floor plans distinguish Domestic and International Arrival and Departure areas, while the passenger guide separately explains arrivals, departures and connections.

For passengers unfamiliar with the airport, travelling with children or elderly relatives, managing luggage or visiting Ankara for the first time, having a personal airport representative can make the airport stage of the journey easier to understand and manage.

Meet and Greet provides a dedicated point of contact during the Arrival or Departure service you have booked. Your representative helps you follow the applicable airport route and use the services included within your selected product.

Fast Track may be included according to the Meet and Greet product booked. Esenboğa Airport itself supports Fast Track access at designated security and passport-control points.

Lounge access is particularly relevant to Departure passengers. Esenboğa Airport's current lounge information identifies Primeclass facilities for domestic and international departing passengers; the International Primeclass Lounge is located airside after Duty Free on the mezzanine floor.

Buggy Transportation is not available within our Ankara Airport Meet and Greet services. We also do not currently sell standalone Fast Track, Lounge, Airport Transfer or Jetex products at ESB.

Meet and Greet services and customer support are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, subject to operational availability and booking confirmation.

Arrival Meet and Greet at Ankara Airport

Arrival Meet and Greet is designed for passengers landing at Ankara Esenboğa Airport who would prefer personal assistance while continuing through the relevant Arrival process.

Departure Meet and Greet at Ankara Airport

Departure Meet and Greet supports passengers through the relevant stages before their flight from Esenboğa Airport. Depending on the journey, passengers may need to complete check-in, baggage procedures, security and, where applicable, passport control before continuing towards the boarding area. Esenboğa provides separate Departure guidance and dedicated Domestic and International Departure areas.

Depending on the selected Departure product, your service may include:

Lounge access is particularly relevant to the Departure journey. Current airport information places its Primeclass lounge facilities within departing passenger environments, including the International Lounge airside after Duty Free.

Fast Track and Lounge may be included within the applicable Departure Meet and Greet product but are not sold separately by us at Ankara Esenboğa Airport.

Transit Meet and Greet: Transit Meet and Greet is not currently offered by us at Ankara Esenboğa Airport. Esenboğa itself has transfer and transit passenger procedures, but these should not be confused with a Meet and Greet product sold by us.

Meet and Greet can be useful for passengers who would prefer personal airport guidance rather than navigating the relevant Arrival or Departure process independently.

If the passenger requires assistance in a particular language, that requirement should be confirmed before booking rather than assuming that every airport representative speaks a specific language.

How Does Ankara Airport Meet and Greet Work?

Your service is organised according to the Arrival or Departure product selected and the passenger and flight information provided during booking.

Before Your Service

Provide accurate booking information, including:

Review the information before travelling and notify the operations team as early as possible if your itinerary changes.

At Ankara Esenboğa Airport

Follow the meeting location and contact instructions provided with your confirmed reservation rather than assuming one universal meeting point.

Once the service begins, your airport representative provides guidance through the applicable stage of the journey and helps you use the features included in your selected product.

Meet and Greet does not remove mandatory airline, security, passport, immigration or customs procedures. Where Fast Track is included, it provides access to the applicable priority process rather than bypassing the required passenger controls.

Completing Your Journey

For Arrival passengers, the Meet and Greet service concludes after the agreed airport assistance has been completed and the passenger continues towards the terminal exit or onward journey.

For Departure passengers, assistance continues through the stages included within the selected product before the passenger proceeds towards the appropriate boarding area.

Airport Transfer is not included and is not currently sold by us as a standalone Ankara Airport product.

Arrival and Departure are separate Ankara Airport Meet and Greet products. Because prices and booking conditions may change, fixed amounts should not be repeated within this guide.

Booking More Than 24 Hours in Advance

Where possible, book your Meet and Greet service more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 30% short-notice surcharge and remain subject to operational availability and confirmation.

Children, Cancellations and Amendments

Children under two years of age receive Meet and Greet free of charge, but they should still be included in the passenger information.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are treated as 100% No-Show and are non-refundable.

Amendments requested within the same 24-hour period are also treated under the 100% No-Show Policy.

If the flight number, scheduled time, date, passenger information or service type changes, notify the operations team as early as possible. Do not assume that a change made by the airline automatically updates the Meet and Greet reservation.

The confirmed product information and booking instructions should always be treated as the primary reference for the individual reservation.
